  • So when my air conditioner went out a couple weeks ago I really had no idea who to call. The first recommended place charged $150 just to come out and look at it. I then saw Susan's review. I called them Thursday morning and they were willing to come out that day between 3-5. Well, I couldn't schedule that but they gave me a time frame of 8-10 the next morning. They arrived closer to 8. They even covered their feet with those little booties. They gave me two options. One high, one low. They advised going with the low. So far it's working -- crossing fingers here. When I did make the initial phone appointment they did offer some water flushing service but because I had read the previous review I just said no. It was also explained to me that they bought ASAP so that is why the name change.
