  • LOVE their clothes, but wait for a sale. Those $250 skirts eventually go down to $50. The staff is very helpful but you will get dirty looks if you try things on and end up not buying anything. Some of the management at the counter are snooty and rude. Customer service in Toronto is dismal. Still, their merchandise is worth dealing with their lack of genuine customer service.
