I've been using mega bus for about 2 years now. I never had a complaint with their services until now. I had my ticket purchased from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. I received a phone call stating my grandfather has 48 hours to live so I rushed to LA with my family in our car. After noticing mega bus (in advance) I will not be using my ticket I was told they would investigate my emergency. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything from anyone about me getting a refund! Needless to say I am very, very disappointed. I nor anyone I know will no longer be using their services from here on out
