Used the app to book a cab to pick up from a party on Halloween. Saw that cab #64 accepted and was on its way. When we tracked it on the app, it was getting close to the house, stopped briefly and then changed to "in progress" - basically someone else took my cab. Because of this, I was unable to book another cab until the cab driver took them home first. I watched the cab take them home on the tracker. When I called the company to complain and try to book another cab, there was an error with their phone lines. We ended up walking down the street to get a checker yellow cab instead. What should have taken 20 minutes to get home ended up taking over an hour. Certainly not impressed, this app needs to be fixed, or drivers need to be sure they have picked up the right person. Or make sure your phone lines are working maybe? So disappointing.
