Really, really, really crammed. Aim to go at 9:30 AM if at all; it looks like a big place from the outside, but the aisles are so tiny you end up pressing yourself against the shelves to let anyone else go by you. There are a few perks: they give out Air Miles, and there are occasional good finds here (the selection of soy-milk is impressive, the cereal is decent, they sell recycled Kleenex, their bread is sometimes pretty good, and there's this lovely Italian peach-juice available in the soft-drink aisle). But don't go unless it's looking quiet...or unless you're feeling very, very patient.
