  • Close to 5 stars, but then it would be the same rating as my favorite bubble tea spot in Madison. Pros: numerous flavor choices, no-spill lid, ability to adjust sugar level. Cons: few tables (all were occupied), price. $4.22 after tax for a medium. Plus, the last few "bubbles" were damn near impossible to get out of the bottom of the cup (I don't have that problem at Jade Mountain). That no-spill lid is great for State Street though; I can stick my drink in my purse when I want to pop into a store. I'll make this my bathroom break when hitting State Street.
