| - Dr.yee is amazing, her front office staff is a train wreck, frankly her front desk staff is so bad they have screwed up to the extent it has almost cost me my job. Joy ( ironic) is a hot mess with Anger issues and a major attitude problem. Today as I came in for my 2nd rescheduled appointment in 2 days ( because 2 weeks ago some one in the office scheduled me at 3:30 on Tuesday the 6th just for refills, problem is Monday was the 6th. When I finally got a hold of the office they claimed I didn't have an appointment at all. I was already 2 weeks overdue for medications that have serious r effects when you stop taking them. I missed two weeks of work withdrawing off of anti depressants. & anti anxiety meds, MD Yee's front staff sent me to the ER, UMC ect at $350 for the copay EACH TIME ER 3 times, a d $150 at UMC once. ER and UMC do not prescribe antidepressants unless I put myself on a voluntary psych hold for 72 hours, my copay for that is $8500. When I called and informed them of this the said I lied. I was also laughed at for saying that just stopping anti depressants and Valium after 14 years of being on it could cause me a stroke or a brain hemorrhage. ( it says so on the bottle and I confirmed it with the pharmacist who frantically faxed and called their office) They laughed. Immediately my pharmacy called and faxed in requests for refills, they were ignored. My pharmacist told me that their front desk was the worst they had ever seen and that they get responses from 10% of what they send over to Johnson Yee's office. I am filling with the state medical board. I can't afford this treatment anymore, I swing back and fourth from on and off anti depressants and I haven't had a Pap smear in 3 years because they haven't reffered me out. I've asked to see md. Yee as opposed to an assistant and I'm told she is booked 8 weeks out. I just sat down in her waiting room and the lady behind me told her husband that as a new patient he could be seen in 2 weeks, And I missed several days of work because I ran out of migraine meds, and pain pills for a dislocated pelvis from a car accident, ( they haven't been able to send me to a pain specialist, no referrals yet, I'm guessing the front desk staff is lazy) When I came in today and brought this to the attention of JOY, she yelled at me and threatened to cancel my appointment for strong arming her. Ok, well here is the deal, I'm contacting the state medical board. This is the same joy who made an appointment with me for the week of Christmas, I showed up, I paid, then she pointed at a sign closed for 3 weeks around Christmas and said it had been up for 2 weeks. So they tried to get me in to see another doctor, but it starting raining outside and Joy wasn't comfortable driving, so they closed early ( joy lives in Henderson and was panicking about taking the 215 home in rain) kicked me out sent me to a UMC quick care, oops the UMC quick care didn't even take my insurance and was a 35 minute drive away, despite PIMA medical assistant calling ahead and verifying my info. I didn't get meds filled until late January. Once again as I sit here I just heard Joy now say no appointments with the actual doctor are available until September 22nd it's June 7th. I was just also told that I can't see md Yee today, despite now 4 trips to the ER and UMC in 5 weeks. Her staff is a joke. Joy needs to realize something called "Liability". The front desk is a shit show!!! How dare you yell at me for your constant screw ups!! By the way, expect to spend an entire day at Yee's office the quickest I've ever been in and out has been 4 hours with an appointment to see a limited practitioner nurse for refills. I only stay here because of my insurance. It's the worst I've ever been treated.
So now I here the girl behind me had a 12:30 apt it's 4:39 and hasn't been seen, the lady on my left just told the front desk she had to go to pick up her kids from day care, with a stern warning that they were t sure when they could see her if she leaves. The woman on my right says she books out Monty appointments 6 months at a time and takes off of work early to get here. She has been waiting 2 hours and 45 minutes.
Now I'm informed the business is closed for the day! 11 people in the waiting room and I was told 4 in the md rooms before me.
