| - The Holy Grail of huevos rancheros. I've been searching all over Las Vegas for halfway decent huevos for years!
Crispy tortilla shells, layered with a well-spiced sauce, black beans, eggs and guacamole. Not a huge serving, so eat slowly. But excellent flavors.
Wife ordered egg croissant. Side salad is very fresh and the size is nice. But the dressing is overly sour for the dish. When fresh greens are slightly bitter to start with, this became too much. Wife LOVED the eggs. They were sooo fluffy. Ham is good, but a bit salty. The egg, ham and arugula in one bite is delicious, so keep your plate organized. And ask them to warm the croissant first.
Wife had ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, but sent it back. The sauce was excellent...but the meatballs were cold inside and the spaghetti was gummy. It was almost under-done on the inside.
Last time, wife had had pasta with seafood, and the pasta was gummy also. She ended up eating the seafood and leaving her pasta. Just in case you're not reading carefully: DO NOT ORDER PASTA HERE.
Service is on point, but that's to be expected at a Puck spot.
