  • This laundromat is great. Issues are resolved in a reasonable time. The owners really care about the customer's experience. There was a guy loitering. Not long after, the owner asked him to either prove he was washing clothes or he had to leave. He left. The owner was watching the security camera in the back attentively and noticed he was not washing clothes. She then asked the customers if they were okay and if they were having a good experience. That's excellent service. I've never had an issue here. I only wish more rolling baskets were available.
