This is a good place. I found it online as a good place to take a date. So I went there on a first meeting with a woman and it had a nice atmosphere. The music was pumping but not so loud where I had to yell. And a slightly hipster crowd didn't dampen the evening.
The service was good overall and the menu selections were very cool. They also had a very good selection of beer on tap and my favourite pint: Mill Street Tank house. I liked the black bean dip with cheddar cheese rather than your overdone three cheese dip. Although I wasn't planning on eating, I was hungry and I enjoyed the dip a lot. This tasted very good and the chips seemed to be cut in-house which is another bonus. I would totally go back to 3 Speed and try their other menu items.
Another bonus is they have a nice patio in the back. I planned to sit there but it was packed. The fact the whole place was pretty full on a Wednesday night shows how good this place is.
So, yeah, come here and enjoy some good food, tunes and alcohol.
On another note, I paid for the evening and she didn't take out her purse. I guess it was a date afterall!
