  • I hope I don't get kicked out of the house I currently rent from them. I enjoyed living here for the first several months. Until I reported that the heater did not provide me hot water. It took the over 2+ weeks to get my water working. I was with out water for too long. I kindly asked if they could discount the days I was without water. They initially did NOT even follow up with me after my request. I followed up a few times before rent was due, nothing. Up and till rent was due and I told them to get a resolution and all they wanted to discount was $100.00 for over 2 weeks. I pay $1,125 a month. Doing the math this was nowhere near what I was hoping to get discounted. Within a few more going back and forward they coughed up another $100.00 and threatened to evict me if I didn't pay. (I paid) I've been here for about 7 months and they basically treated me like garbage. The repair guys shut off my water for a week because they did not have the part. Maybe I should file a complaint with the realtor commissioner. This was really a horrible experience and all they seemed to care about is me paying the rent while the house was unlivable. I do have all the emails and time stamps of all conversations for proof how horrible this company treated me and now they want me to take work off so the owners can see the house. (I wonder why) I am fine with the owners looking but it is strange to have someone come the the house I live in and inspect it. I feel harassed at this point. I will definitely never work with this company once the lease is over.
