  • I love the quality of Michael Kors so every time I need to buy accessories this is the first place I go. I needed a laptop bag and I knew they had a 70% off section with some laptop bags. The store closes at 9:00pm I got there before 8:30, there weren't any other clients there but me. Nobody talked to me or offered me help. The cashier wasn't friendly at all. I feel like for the prices that they sell their stuff they needed to have an excellent customer service.
