  • This has to be the worst airlines of all times. We were delayed 5 hours to Cleveland Ohio and missed a cardiac appointment (the only reason we went there). The doctor agreed to see us the following day, thank you Cleveland clinic. Yes we got a discount on our next flight purchase but the ride was terribly uncomfortable and squished. There are no complimentary drinks and the food they offer is garbage snacks. To make things worse. We returned two days later to have our flight delayed 2 hours going home. Amazing they are still in business. We usually fly virgin air. They are pretty amazing. We learned a lesson about flying frontier, actually not flying frontier!
