I stumbled upon this completely by accident. We were having dim sum in the plaza, and I wasn't full. Saw the stinky tofu stalls and decided to go. I like that some of the offerings were different than those at similar events (Night it up, Taste of Asia). They had chicken heart skewers and kung fu burgers (bbq pork in burger bun? something like that). I also liked that there were some local Chinese restaurants presenting their own offerings.
This event is considerably smaller than its counterparts. It's held in the parking lot at Times Square. It took me about ten minutes to walk the entire thing, which isn't a bad thing. Within that ten minutes, I had received a free facial mask from a Korean beauty vendor, and a free bottle of vitamin water after spinning Galleria's (a Korean supermarket with two branches in Toronto) chance wheel (is it ironic that both freebies came from Korean vendors?). I like free stuff. Two freebies in ten minutes is quite pleasant.
All in all, a fairly pleasant, fairly short jaunt. If you're in the area, definitely go check it out.
