  • I received a gift certificate for Esbi salon from a silent auction at a fundraiser. The certificate was a $130 value and was good for a highlight & haircut with Patty. The certificate was only good for a 6 month period of time and I called within the last month. When I called to make an appointment I was told that Patty was no longer with the company and that the owner would call me back. The owner called me back 3 days later to tell me that he was the only one that would be able to honor the certificate. The owner then stated that he was booked for the rest of the month. I am shocked that he wouldn't arrange for someone else to take me or fit me in. They must not care about gaining a new customer. Based on their lack of customer service I would never come here again.
