  • Needed Timing belt for my 2010 PT Cruiser. After getting several estimates, I found Kars Ken's shop on line among the best in Peoria. Called and spoke to John who turned to be as an advisor and shop manager. By all mean he is superior in his customer service, very fine man. But wait, once I met Ken I felt more comfortable that the job will be done right, he stood by John's estimate which was by far the lowest versus other shops. Ken spoke with pride and integrity, charged me very little for replacing the 3 engine mounts as well while everything is in the process of repair and that saved me time and expenses in the future. Ken has many years of experience on his shoulders serving in a dealership place with high prestigious expensive cars. Throughout the process John was in contact, updating me on every step. I highly recommend this shop, it is the best in the west. Visit him once, and you'll be there every time your car needed some repairs. Thank you Ken and John, you guys earned my vote as best auto repair shop and service in Peoria AZ Sam Chidiac
