  • Never again will I purchase a MK bag for my wife! It has flawed stitching coming apart and the company will not take responsibility for replacement. They offer only a repair service by mail at the customer's expense. It seems obvious that they are used to having their bags need repair! Also, on-line communications are a waste of time. Phone conversations are also useless as they are not interested in customer satisfaction nor quality.
