  • When I was a kid, I rolled my eyes when my mom boasted about her clothing bargains. My mom would catwalk and showoff her blouse and make me play the game of "How much do you think this cost?" I would always say the wrong the price and she would proudly say she got it for a dollar. Gross. But I changed. My mom and sisters bragged about their deals and I succumbed to the Bargain Flu. I managed to find a Uniqlo flannel shirt, Bottega Veneta quilt jacket, and a Ralph Lauren sweater for a grand total of $3! But it wasn't easy finding these deals. The guy section is sparse and there's never anything in the small and medium section. If you're a large thru XXXL, you have better chances. Nevertheless, finding these gems made it worth it. Shit, I had enough money left over for a post-celebratory taco at Taco Y Taco across the street. Yassssssss!
