  • Made an appointment to have kitchen sink installed and shower head put on. Appointment time was supposed to be between noon and two. Wasted my whole Saturday waiting. After two calls from customer service advising me that the guy was running behind... he finally showed up at 4pm. First he tried to tell me that the job would have to be put off until Monday. I let him know that I had an appointment for the work to be done today. He then advised me that in order to install the kitchen sink / faucet and the shower head it would cost $1,600??!!!! I asked him how many hours he thought it would take??? He said probably three... maybe four... or possibly five.... I couldn't believe it??!!! We have all of the supplies. This was for simply labor. I shared that I had a previous bid for much less but trusted Goettl and since Sunny was acquired ... I wanted to have them do the job. Physicians do not even make $600 per hour labor???!!! He then made a call to someone named "Chris" to make a perceived attempt at rectifying the situation. Then advised that $1200 was the lowest they could go. I promptly escorted this young man from the home. It was clear that Sunny was not interested in performing this job. Consumers beware!!
