  • A true blessing to the Charlotte area. There is something here for everybody. You've got good food, craft beer, concerts, walking/running trails, and so many activities. This place is huge. It doesn't cost anything to get in aside from the 5 dollar parking fee. That means free concerts, free events and free movies. If you haven't yet get out to the whitewater center and experience what they are really about. The rafting!! The instructors are knowledgeable and make it a blast whether you're solo or in a huge group. They have ropes courses and zip lines to really make the day action packed. Fun for all ages. Bring the family or bring the dog. Set up for the day and enjoy the people watching and the sun. Dont forget a picnic blanket and the sunscreen!
