| - I know this complex has struggled with a number of operational changes and tenants feeling less than cared for in the past, but I feel extremely blessed to live where I do for the value and my experiences of current management's commitment to customer service. My unit is so beautiful that friends who see it in photographs at first think I live in a brand new custom home! My apartment had actually been very well lived in for being so new, which was discouraging initially, but I am so pleased with the outcome of putting some love and personal touches into it. The front office, particularly Louise and Kyle, have made me feel like my experience as a tenant matters to them any time an issue arises. There have been some bumps, but always a compassionate and satisfying follow through. I take great pride in where I live, and am so flattered by how impressed those who come to visit are with it, too. Apartment living anywhere has its drawbacks when it comes to how considerate neighbors are willing to be. I'm currently very fortunate to have very polite neighbors and noise levels that are at minimal to normal multi-dwelling ambience - occasional barking (please don't move into a pet friendly community and complain about dogs reacting to your noises!), doors, parking lot, children, but very bearable and still highly pleasant! I know some aren't as lucky or happy with their situations due to very rude, dishonest, and defiant neighbors who insist on exceeding the limits of acceptable behavior. I wish much more could be done for them in terms of weeding out or at least effectively punishing these nightmare tenants because those affected are very dear to me and everyone deserves to be as comfortable in their home as I am in mine as part of our rights to peace in our lease agreements. But I regress, since this review is just about my own personal experience, which has made me feel very fortunate. As far as parking goes, I live at probably the furthest end of the complex from parking but don't mind walking to greet my guests. It makes me feel safer that this isn't one big come and go parking lot for those who do not live in here. Maintenance is always pretty prompt and so polite to me. I previously lived in an upscale condo community between Grayhawk and DC Ranch, and find it to be much more pleasant in here, from a renter's perspective at least. Pricing is right where it should be for the area given slightly higher competition is a bit more spacious, sturdier and newer with more amenities, but this has more than enough and is all I personally need, so I pray it stays fair if I choose to renew my lease in reading some of the other reviews on here! I am in the process of trying to figure out why my water bill doubled despite usage being the same but am hopeful that will be an easy resolution. Valet trash could also come a little more often since we pay what the old management company charged for nearly daily pickup and it seems to just come sporadically now. However, I am content to stay put here until life takes me elsewhere because I like my unit so much, and I know very few people who can say that about their apartment!
