  • got 'WHOLE Hog Heaven'--brisket had a HEAVY, TOO heavy, salty/mushy covering (once removed brisket was passable. Sausage was great. baby backs great. Meat ribs OK, but very tough. BBQ sauce options GREAT--spicy I REALLY liked. French fries GREAT. Beans, average. Good portions. GREAT ambiance inside. Complementary mini-cinnamon donuts nice touch. Alcohol was more expensive than comparable places. Wait staff average.
