My flight with Frontier from Denver to Cleveland was delayed over three hours, and when I asked if I could change to the next day because my arrival would be after 3am, a manager told me the delay time was "a mistake" and "it will only be delayed 5 minutes". Not true. Now, I am sitting in the Cleveland airport returning from the SAME TRIP and my flight has been delayed once again because the plane is apparently broken. The flight was supposed to go out at 5:30, and has now been delayed until 9:30, and may not even go then. When they made the announcement, a woman shouted "SAME THING HAPPENED YESTERDAY".
I don't care if they are cheap. Never again. Get your ship in order. These are irresponsible business practices. Never had this issue with Spirit or Southwest.
