Bought a Groupon, and took my dog in a few months ago. He did not come back with the cut I asked for. When I saw another Groupon for this company, I decided to give her another try. When I tried to book the appointment, I got a rather rude email back saying that I missed "new customers only" in the fine print. Amber said she would still service my dog, but would not honor the Groupon. I asked about a refund, and she referred me back to Groupon, even though the website said she could do the refund.
Shady business practices, and the place looks like a East German interrogation cell. Take your pooch elsewhere, even at double the price.
