  • First of I was told my rent was going to be 849 plus 10 for insurance and I will pay water and sewage but you can't believe this bull my water and sewage plus a so call CAM fee is involved with this mess which comes up to 109 a month this month last month something different. They charge us entirely to much for the sewage and water and there is a few tag on to that. I didn't like that they didn't disclose the information about how much the other stuff would cost because for the price the apartment is to small. I won't be renewing my lease at all. Now my appliance which is my microwave was super glued and it's still not fixed. Maintenance try to change the door and couldn't so he just made mines worse now. So I now have it taped together to open the door. I'm done!!
