  • When we lived there the management was amazing. We moved out... End of Feb 2016. Since then we have been harassed by creditor. No return of 'pet deposit' or our regular deposit. But then finally get creditor to issue us a receipt and Vantage sent cleaning fee to collectors. But why are we being charge a cleaning fee when we paid for cleaners and did not receive itemized bill for them keeping deposit. Don't ask management! They place blame on everyone else. We have been in the office 8 times in past year. The new manager John, told me he was going to call police because I said I would wait (bc we have been back so many times) for them to give me the bill. Calling the police because I am asking for a receipt of debt? He accused me of ignoring our debt which is completely false but could not tell me why or when they called, emailed, mailed invoice? The place has gone to shit and has horrible reputation. Piss in elevators, and clearly not the amazing staff that was once there. Nothing does more harm than bad word of mouth! Remember that when your rents and occupancy falls flat.
