  • I selected Dr Noah Vale as my family doctor because Apple Tree Medical was close to me. What a terrible mistake. This young doctor doesnt want to listen to patient's problems. He will only allow you to state one problem per visit, even though he's your family doctor. If you have an upset stomach as well as an infection on your scalp...sorry, but you need to make two trips a week or so apart so this clinic can swipe your card twice. This tendency of Appletree's, and especially Noah Vale's is so extreme that after just 2 minutes of dealing with a patient, Dr Vale will cut you off, even if you are speaking...and he will tell you he has to see the next patient. The entire visit feels like you're sitting in a drive through at Tim Hortons at 8am with dozens of cars behind you blowing their horns....except, Appletree doesn't even have to be that busy to make you feel rushed like that. Without getting into my specific issues.....I asked Dr Vale to perform some blood tests on me which he said were unnecessary....even though I repeatedly told him that I had been suffering for a few years. In 4 visits to Dr Vale, I was not able to convince him to order a blood test. I went to another doctor who order the test, sent me to a specialist and we diagnosed the problem in less than one month...while with Dr Vale it took me 3 months of back and forth to get nowhere. The only thing I achieved during my visits to Appletree was to learn that some doctors are there to take advantage of the system and make money...not to care for your health. We tend to trust doctors and clinics and just assume that they're not like that...but go to Appletree as a patient and you will see the franchise model in action...its all business and money....your health is not an priority. At the end of this experience, I have changed my family doctor from Noah Vale to another doctor who is also very busy...but will not rush you out the door or refuse to look into your health issues because you already used up your "one complaint of the day". Just terrible......STAY AWAY FROM APPLETREE!
