  • I stand behind my original review. The sales rep did in fact promised me 7 to 10 days. He never told me there was a chance it would be 6 to eight weeks out. If he had I would have gone with the store that told me they got their items from Houston and it would take two weeks. He actually told me he would probably have the door in less than five days. Then they would need to make the door jam. You need to teach your sales reps to be more truthful upfront not to just try and get the sale.
