  • I was in a lot of pain from an infected & swollen cut on my finger and couldn't get in to see my regular primary care doctor. So we went to Concentra on Southern in Tempe because it's very close to our house and we had been there before. Dr. Bardwelle was very nice and made me feel well taken care of. From the people at the front desk to the assistants/nurses in the back, everyone was very helpful and caring. They had coffee to warm you, and bottles of water to help keep you hydrated and make your visit more pleasant. They also had 2 TVs running so you wouldn't get bored. This clinic is very clean, and appears well organized. (It's difficult to be too observant when you are in pain and focused on yourself. It can be a long wait, but it's a walk-in clinic. Just go early and bring something to read. I've had to wait for primary care doctors a long time even when I have an appointment. It's better than having to wait in the emergency room at a hospital. Other than them only being open from 8-5 M-F, I was very happy with my visit. I would recommend this center to a friend.
