  • We purchased a new home and needed new carpeting in the bedrooms and a durable family/game room flooring. Moeen was wonderful to work with; he was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He listened to our "needs and wants" for flooring and guided us to great choices. Needing hard surface flooring in what will be a high traffic area (movie viewing, exercise equipment, dog and cat running around, pool table, wet bar, etc) he showed us a product we would never have considered, luxury vinyl planks. Commercial durability yet looks like wood (and doesn't have that annoying hollow clicky sound that laminate does, won't scratch like hardwood, more durable than cork). Moeen also helped us choose a terrific carpet and padding for the bedrooms that is wonderful, thick and cushy. It feels very luxurious :) I can't say enough about how great Moeen was to work with. He took care of everything in advance, measuring all areas, giving fair and accurate quotes and directing his installers on how to handle the more challenging aspects of our particular installation. He anticipated any hurdles and had it all covered. Also, the installers were excellent. George, Richard and one other fellow (I didn't get his name) all did an outstanding job! Of all of our home improvements prior to moving in, the flooring was the least stressful and I know that has everything to do with Moeen and the folks at Carpet & Flooring Liquidators. We had visited other flooring stores and they just seemed shady, like stereotypical used car salesmen. It's a tremendous comfort to know that should any issues arise, we've purchased from a company that's local and has been around for years and are professional in every part of the sales and installation process.
