  • Even though I didn't end up getting the house I applied for (another tenant wanted it that same day!) I had a great experience working with Jorie Turner at Luxe Realty. Jorie was very nice helping us complete the paperwork and she notified me right away about the other tenant. Also, the $80 application was refunded in full, which most property management companies don't do AND SHOULD DO. The money was returned via mail within 3 business days! Thank you Jorie!
