| - I have a hard time writing bad reviews. I'm not a super picky person, but what these guys did to my daughters tablet is unacceptable. I paid them $80 to replace the cracked screen. They had pretty good reviews so I thought, no big deal, they'll do a good job. They had to special-order the screen, and after about four days they were finished with it. We went in to pick it up, and the technician had put a huge gouge in the side of the tablet trying to get the old screen out. Their attitude was, "oh, sorry, our technician did that." Also, the screen was defective, as it was lifting on both sides. I gave it back to them and they said they would have to reorder the screen, and they would see if they could fix the gouge. They called me later and said that they would give me $10 off. Whoopeedoo. When it was finally finished one week later, we went to pick it up, the screen was fixed, but now the gouge was not only a gouge, but a huge file mark to the side of it (see picture). They did give us $10 refund, but if this is the way that they treat their customers, they will not be in business long. My daughter's tablet is only 2 months old, and we paid $180 for it. I don't know about you, but if it was my company and I ruined someone's tablet, I would cover the entire amount for a new tablet, at the very least not charge for the "repair."
