| - I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This is the most incompetent group of people you will ever encounter, all the way from the scheduling folks to the medical assistants (should get an award for being so clueless), and the doctors themselves. I don't know where to start, so I'll make a long story short. They are really good at getting you in the door, but there's zero follow through after that. If you need to change a prescription, forget about it. The doctors are so disconnected from the staff. The staff plays the, "I just work here so don't actually expect me to know anything" card. The endocrinologist prescribed me a medication by simply looking at bloodwork and saying, "Well, this is just some of your hormones and not all of them, but we'll put you on this medication anyways." It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that you should probably draw someone's blood and get a full picture to see what they actually have before medicated them. Then, the brilliant medical assistant preceded to tell me that because my issues are hormonal, that I should see a gyno. I wanted so badly to say, "Honey, you do realize you work for an endocrinologist's office. Let me google that for you: Endocrinologists treat people who suffer from hormonal imbalances, typically from glands in the endocrine system." Bottom line: Go somewhere else!
