  • Yet another bad experience at Polished. This once luxury nail salon is now a meek nail factory. I just left the Providence road location and I'm very disappointed. To start their color selection is very poor and the salon is down right dirty. When watching them clean the pedicure bowl they do the skimpiest job. I went in for a simple mani/pedi with only a buff of my nails and seeing their cleaning job made my decision to skip the pedi and just do a color change. I was made to feel like an outsider because I didn't get the full service. To add to this, when I ask the lady to shape my nails a bit differently she huffs and puffs while doing so. Also, I find it very disrespectful for them to only speak Vietnamese. I put my phone on mute and turned on my google translate. While my phone didn't catch everything they had to say, what it did catch was very unpleasant. I recommend all of you to use this app to see what they are really saying about you. I also recommend that my fellow Myers Park residents and surrounding neighborhoods choose another nail salon. Hope you all have a good day!
