I had bought a few as seen on TV Things, Christmas gifts and some beanie hats literally a week ago but I lost the receipt. I keep every receipt and just figured I would get store credit like most stores without a receipt. Before I get to a manager the clerk at customer service prefaced me by saying 'without a receipt we can only give you a store credit but even then that has to be approved' . I said ok with no doubts. This manager ( supposedly ) comes out and explains to me quite arrogantly and does not give me a chance to explain anything. Not once does she even look at me. What the !! This is the manager- she is horrible. She told me could only give me .10 cents for the beanies each - are you serious? All of them had tags, not used and they were winter hats. She told me that she couldn't really know if I bought it six months ago- really when it was 100+ degrees here. I tried to explain To her and each time she cut me off! What a b! I grabbed my stuff and was furious not for the policy but how I was Treated!!!! She shouldn't work there- or she needs to Be in the warehouse where she is not in the public - I was so mad! It's Christmas - I guess she doesn't feel the need to be jolly! Just another reason why I can't stand this place !! Grrrrrr. I called a few minutes later, after I was calm and spoke to the Store Mgr not the customer service mgr and she seemed much nicer- I guess there's a light at the end of the customer service tunnel- goodness.
