  • Tonight was my first and last time trying Lyft. They are always emailing me to use them. I decided to give them a try and my first experience with Lyft was terrible. I just landed in Las Vegas and requested my driver to pick me up at the airport. When the guy gets here and gives me a call. He was unable to locate me and guide me to his location. 5 mins into our conversation he hangs up on me and canceled my trip. I never agreed to cancel nor was I warned. Lyft then charged me!, yes. Charged me $5 for canceling????. I was the one trying to locate him I did not want to cancel. I would not recommend anyone to use Lyft, I do suggest to use uber. Minutes later I requested a uber driver who guided me to his location and got me to my hotel. Smfh, never again. Lyft'ing my middle finger to you. Zero Stars
