  • I came into Big Dog Coffee on a miserable cold, rainy morning seeking a caffeinated beverage and something to munch on. Upon walking in I was astonished how this little establishment just blended in so well with the neighborhood in South Side. I mean I wasn't expecting to find a coffee place with spot lights beaming through the sky, but Big Dog naturally blends in with the existing south side neighborhood. The coffee shop is very home-y for anyone, maybe that's why I stayed for three hours. I felt as if I was in a relative or a friend's place drinking coffee and browsing on my laptop, I loved how comfortable and cozy the place is. I loved my Mocha, it was definitely top notch and better than anything I've ever had at a coffee place that ends in -bucks. Big Dog offers an awesome oatmeal bar and some other delightful breakfast goodies. I'll definitely be back.
