  • I've only been to LA Palm once for a Shellac manicure and a regular pedicure based on a recommendation from a friend. Overall the staff was friendly and the service was good. The wait was pretty long even after I had booked an appointment (at least 20mins), but I appreciated that one of the workers asked me if I was in a rush, and called over another worker so I could have the mani and pedi done at the same time. The colour selection for both shellac and regular polish was really good, one of the biggest I've seen at a nail salon. My shellac wasn't perfect, but overall it looked pretty good and I loved the way the sheer colour came out and it lasted about 2 weeks. Pricing is decent, especially for the area, so I would definitely go back if I needed another mani/pedi for a special occasion!
