  • Usually the staff is very friendly when I go in, but this time the young lady with reddish hair ruined my experience. Once my photos were printed, she just stood on her phone and threw my frames at me as if to say the exchange was over with without any questions. She didn't put my picture in the frame like I was promised and she didn't even put the magnetic strip on my photo. Very poor customer service, plus my frame was chipped. Upset because I love the idea of this store, but that employee really ended my desire to be a loyal customer, especially when I wanted to purchase all my holiday presents from there.
