  • I reviewed Maison Fou several months ago when the wait staff and operations were struggling. I went back last night and what a difference! The staff were all fantastic. They recommended wines (and knew them!) - they even recommended a better value option to a bottle. They were attentive and helpful. The food remains fantastic - worth every cent for the duck confit and the foie gras and salads - a total turn around with what feels like staffing changes. Well done.
