Came here for a Las Vegas 51s game.
The area is not so great. Lots of homeless and close to cemetary with lots of homeless camped out..
I brought my dog with me for the Bark in the Park event. The stadium is standard. It lacks a variety of concessions. No cool frozen margarits or daiquiris. Food was also plain, no thrill. I ordered a mango smoothie that was pretty good and had real scoops of sorbet.
Decent turn out for a game too.
I sat in the grassy hill area behind 1st base. Lots of grass, but maintained and surprisingly no dog poo, in spite of event. They even had the concessions guy come up the hill to sale the usual, soda, cracker jack, popcorn.
I had a nice visit on a Sunday, but I feel vegas could do much better with a stadium and community improvement surrounding the area. With all the $ they put in for the Raiders you would think the city would focus on preserving the historic parts and sports related venues in the city.
