  • Unprofessional & disappointing. Stopped in to get an estimate after an extensive sideswipe on my car and spoke at length with Bud (the owner). He talked me through options and promised to call me back later that afternoon or the next morning with an estimate. Didn't hear from him, so I called the office two days later. He was not available. Left a message with their receptionist and asked to have him return my call. Still never heard back. I guess they have more business than they need, so don't bother wasting your time here.
