  • Awful!!! I walked in to have my hair cut. There was no wait thank goodness or this review would be much worse. My hair was down to the middle of my back. I asked Erica (the stylist working that night) to cut my hair into a long A line. I even showed her a picture. What I ended up with was an uneven bob that was much shorter than I asked for. I figured I would go home, wash and style it. Wow, not even close. The left side was longer than the right, and I had huge chunky layers cut into my hair that just looked like massive pieces were missing. I actually had to go back because the left was about an inch longer than the right. The next day I went to a different stylist that ended up having to take another 2 inches off my hair to fix the butchered cut I received. I would go back and ask for a refund if I thought my trip would be worth the time. I will NEVER go here again!
