  • The temperature of our airconditioner would not drop below 87°. We called Chas Roberts and it took them 2 days to figure out what was wrong. They discovered we needed a TXV valve which would cost us $1,541 and couldn't come back to our house to fix it for another 3 days! We wanted a second opinion and we are so grateful we found Pats A/C & Htg! We called Pats at 5pm on Sunday. He arrived Monday morning at 7am. By 10am our AC was up and running and our house was ice cold! Pats pricing was $1,150! Pats saved us time and money! He is reliable, honest, and extemely friendly. He is our new "go to" guy for AC&Heating. I recommend you use him too if your AC&Htg need to be looked at!
