  • We visited HBC at their Grand Opening for the Sharpsburg location. My hubby had an IPA; and, I had a saison. We were both impressed with the quality of the brews and the uniqueness of their individual nuances. The interior of the building is plain but pays homage to old Pittsburgh, as original architectural elements are preserved. I also loved that there are low-tops, high-tops, the main bar, a side bar, and an area open to the outside. It's a very friendly, welcoming place. I highly recommend checking out HBC! How lucky we are to see places like this move into locations like Sharpsburg. It is my hope that it will help to revitalize the area. At the very least, it's on our shortlist for date night!
