So I'm writing this review since purchasing my '16 Tacoma . Love the truck . Buying the vehicle was kind of annoying to be honest . I was already financed from my bank and the sales rep Denis and financial guy insisted I rerun my credit even though they financed me through my same bank at the same rate blah blah blah . Now getting a fair deal was a back and forth debate until Jon barr stepped in and handled business . If it wasn't for him I would have left since my sales rep Dennis claimed the three incentives I had (500 off a new Toyota any model, up to $3000 extra for trade in, and employee pricing) were all GET YOU IN THE DOOR TACTICS, AND MEAN NOTHING WHEN BUYING A TOYOTA TACOMA. Someone needs to let the general manager know that's what their sales reps are telling customers . I still got a good deal because Jon Barr made it happen . I also had to get an update done on my transmission code and BRANDON aka BG WAS AWESOME , professional and handled business fast and effectively. The complimentary car wash was pretty bad . I had tons of water spots all over my truck and had to rewash it again after wards . All in all its not the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership, but it definitely needs some fine tuning .
