  • One of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This is terrible. First of all, I am the customer and the workers' existence is to provide service for my needs. Their facial expression displays exhaustion and frustration as if they are saying, "I don't want to help you because I'm tired, I don't want to work" I dont understand, i know it is dark outside and they want to go home, but this is their job, and they should be aware of the time period they work at. I entered the store to buy a christmas tree, there is only one stock, so i go in the store to ask one of the workers whether we should bring the tree in and pay or we pay and then we bring the tree to the car, but no one seems to know what they are doing, the atmosphere is very negative and very unpleasant, everyone is frowning looking very close-minded and they are very unapproachable, looking at me like a clingy, annoying girlfriend. Then they tell me to wait outside for a worker to come out and help. I wait for the longest with my best patience, holding my tempers, and no one comes out. I am very disappointed and very enraged. I dont think i will ever come back to this store.
