  • Horrible company! My mother is 77 years old and her air conditioner is out-- this company was the one assigned by the warranty company. They told my mother that they would be at her house between 3-7 pm-- so she waited-- for over four hours and no one ever showed up, and of course their office closes at 4:30, so she could not even get anyone on the phone. It's over 100 degrees out and this is how they treat their elderly customers?!?! Thankfully, I don't live too far from my mother, so she could spend the night with me, but who leaves a 77 year old woman waiting for a service man for four hours with no phone calls at all?!?!
