  • Total waste of time and money. We paid $17 for a cab ride from Bellagio to this ghetto-looking strip mall at 10:30 p.m. on Thursday night. The place looked nice enough but was really slow with only about 10 customers. My friend and I placed our order for a hookah and two drinks and informed the waitress that we had a Groupon. She told us that the Groupon is only good from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. I don't remember that being in the fine print, but I guess it was. She checked with her manager, but they wouldn't budge. Rather than throw good money after bad, we chose to leave. A decent manager would've offered to honor our Groupon or at least give us a discount.
