Sad sad sad, after calling and visiting with there Showroom counter personal yesterday and all the gentleman in the warehouse I must say the miserable bearded wonder, and short answer no personality counter assistant REALY need to spend some time in the warehouse learning about how to be Customer Pleasant assistants. The bearded wonder wouldn't even look up from his counter space to answer questions, and stated I'm busy with my paper work when I a temped to pay for my items and when his assistant decided to step in he was rude, short answered and made no effort to answer any of my question, making it obvious he had better thing to do than be of assistance. I suggest they spend some time with your warehouse gentlemen because they were so helpful and pleasant they reminded me of what real Customer Service is.
